Vistalite Joinery Factory is a purpose-built industrial manufacturing facility delivered by ORIENT CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (OCL) at 17 Colin Chester Drive in Silverdale.

The two-level building combines a high-volume production floor with first-floor corporate offices, staff amenities and client showroom space. The facility was designed for joinery manufacturing operations, including heavy floor loading, automated dust-extraction infrastructure, raw material storage and efficient material handling.

OCL coordinated the project through the 2020 - 2021 construction period, managing structural delivery, industrial workflow requirements, safety standards and programme control to provide Vistalite with a durable operational headquarters for ongoing production.
