Truro Apartments
A 16-unit Sandringham apartment project on a compact THAB site, delivered with an in-situ concrete structure and modern residential detailing.
Truro Apartments is located at the corner of Truro Road and Sandringham Road, with 16 apartments planned to make efficient use of a compact urban site.
Construction began in March 2020 and the project was delivered in the second half of 2021. The building uses an in-situ concrete structure and was built with attention to acoustic performance, moisture control, heating and lighting.
