Apollo Motel is a complex with approximately 6,000 m2 of floor area. Construction was completed in 2020.
The Apollo Square commercial building includes hospitality, access, services and retail requirements. OCL managed the build through a clear programme and practical site controls, with consistent finish quality across guest, retail and public-facing areas.
